Fullen's Excavating was established in 1998 and is located in Union, West Virginia. We are both a community and family oriented company, that is proud to be providing the community with great service, quality workmanship, dedication, dependability and honesty, backed by over 20 years of experience and knowledge. 

We operate as a Class II septic intaller in that state of West Virginia.  

We are a licensed contractor in the states of West Virginia and Virginia and conduct our business in the counties of Monroe, Greenbrier, Summers, Mercer and Raliegh in West Virginia, and Giles and Montgomery counties in Virginia.
